Be sure to fill out the FORMS for your consultation and send by email or regular mail along with your hair sample. Forms are found at the bottom of this page.

You can schedule your post-test consultation after receiving your results and Nutrition Plan if you like.

Brief follow up questions are covered with consultations of 1 hour or more.
- Sample Cutting – in Tucson area – $40 per half hour depending on driving distance
Discounts: I offer discounts for the following situations:
- Retest within 4 months of previous test – $20
- Regular and typical supplement purchases from Endomet and NutriWest – two supplement companies I work with that offer high quality supplements – $50
- Two or more clients from the same household testing at the same time – $20
