I offer three “package” options for services. These are all inclusive in that they include the hair test, written healing/nutrition plan and support time. Scroll down for descriptions.

I also offer “a la carte” options; you can obtain a hair test only, or a consultation without a hair test, or additional support time, for example. Again, scroll down for these options.

Minimalist (2 versions, A+B)

  • Nutrition Plan – diet guidance and supplement, detoxification and lifestyle recommendations
  • Post-test phone or video consultation 60 to 80 min
  • Additional/follow up email and/or phone support – 80 minutes (total of 160 minutes or 2 hr, 20 min)
  • Discounts: discounts described below apply

Discounts: the following discounts apply to the Standard option:

  • Retest within 4 months of previous test – $20
  • Regular and typical supplement purchases from Endomet and NutriWest – two supplement companies I work with that offer high quality supplements – $50
  • Two or more clients from the same household testing at the same time – $20 ($10 off each test if 2 people test at one time OR $30 off total 3 test at the same time)

Additional Options

  • Add lab-booklet to any option – $43
  • First Full Consultation without a Hair Test – (this type of consultation requires 2 30-minute consult sessions; one before and one after you have reviewed the nutrition plan). – $150
  • Hair Test ONLY with lab booklet and computer generated interpretation and supplement recommendations, NO SUPPORT – $135
  • Hair Test ONLY, with computer generated interpretation and supplement recommendations, NO support

Other A La Carte Options

  • 30 minute consultation – $55
  • 45 minute consultation – $75
  • 60 minute consultation -$110
  • 60 min email support – $100
  • Sample Cutting – in Tucson area – $40 per half hour (see Policy and Procedure Doc. below)

Service Request Form — When a Fee is Due

Once you have chosen an option, Be sure to fill out the FORMS for your consultation — these are linked at the bottom of this page — and send them by email or regular mail along with your hair sample (and payment if you choose to pay by check or money order.)

Payments: You may pay by credit card by using the Service Request Form Button above — OR you may pay by check or money order when you send your hair sample.

It usually takes about 3 weeks from the time you send me your sample and payment and forms for your nutrition plan to be completed.

If you would like a HAIR SAMPLE CUTTING KIT please request this by emailing me or by filling out the Service Request Form using the button above. A hair test kit is $10, but this fee is deducted from the cost of your test package when you move forward with testing.

  1. Request for Services – Needed for First Test only
  2. Membership Agreement – Recommended but not required – First Test or First Consultation only
  3. First Hair Test Form if this is a first test, fill out this form, or, it its a retest, fill out Retest Form
    • Clients with complex cases are encouraged to choose the Standard option. In some cases, lower cost options can work if you have some experience with this process. If your case is complex, please email me to ask for my longer intake form. If you are unsure what option you should choose, please contact me.
  4. Be sure to read Hair Sample Cutting Instructions before cutting your sample!
  5. Finally, Please also Read The Policies and Procedures document — Please do this before your pre-test consultation if possible.
